Stone Creek: execution of a value-add acquisition strategy

Stone Creek was the first acquisition by Ojala that fit its strategy of focusing on Class A multifamily assets located in overlooked secondary markets along the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast.  Ojala anticipated these markets would disproportionately benefit from the domestic energy resurgence and resulting reindustrialization.

Ojala purchased the property significantly below replacement cost and successfully executed a strategy to significantly increase property performance.  Ojala opportunistically exited the investment and generated a significant profit for its investors.
